Roasted chestnut
Introduction:
"Autumn is the season of chestnut. The smell of fried chestnut wafts all over the street. Today, as long as you do it yourself, you can also enjoy the sweet taste."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the fresh chestnuts and cut out small holes on the back with scissors. At first, I used a knife to cut, and found that the risk factor was relatively high.
Step 2: put the cut chestnuts in a bowl, pour a little salad oil and mix well.
Step 3: pour the mixed chestnuts into the baking pan with oil paper in advance.
Step 4: preheat the oven at 180 ℃ for 10 minutes, put the chestnuts in, bake for 20 minutes, take them out and brush sugar. Put 15g sugar in a small bowl, add a little water, dissolve, brush the chestnut evenly with a brush, then bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 5: the roasted chestnut is sweet and soft, which can compete with the roasted chestnut sold outside.
Materials required:
Chestnut: 500g
Sugar: 15g
Note: if you don't have an oven at home, you can also put the cut chestnuts in the pot, cook for 10 minutes, then put them in the microwave oven, medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, which is also delicious.
