Braised Tofu with mushroom and bacon

Introduction:

"As we all know, tofu and mushroom are good for our health. It's a very delicious nutrition match with the sweet taste of bacon, spicy meat and green beans."

Production steps:

Step 1: slice the tofu. Cut green onion into small pieces, ginger and garlic into small pieces.

Step 2: wash all mushrooms. Take the root of Flammulina velutipes and break it into small pieces. Slice other fungi.

Step 3: add a little oil into the pan and fry the tofu until golden on both sides. Set aside.

Step 4: in the same oil pan, add a small amount of olive oil and saute onion, ginger and garlic. Pour in the bacon and stir fry for about 5 minutes, or remove the oil.

Step 5: add all the mushrooms and stir fry. After the mushroom comes out of water, add the thawed green beans.

Step 6: pour in the fried tofu.

Step 7: add oyster sauce, sugar and salt to taste. Mix starch and water into starch water and thicken. Stir fry evenly, and wait for the soup to thicken before serving.

Note: 1. The recipe is a big bowl. 2. The old tofu is more fragrant and not easy to spread. 3. Oyster sauce, sugar and salt can be put according to personal preference
