Step 4: then put in the mushrooms and pork balls, boil for about 5 minutes, the mushrooms cooked.
Step 5: prepare the right amount of starch soup and garlic or coriander to be used after boiling. There is no coriander at home, so I use this instead of Tixiang
Step 6: after 5 minutes, the mushroom has been cooked, pour in the starch soup, and then boil.
Step 7: Beat 2 eggs evenly. (you can decide the quantity according to your own needs.).
Step 8: put it into the pot, stir it, and then turn off the heat.
Step 9: add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, then put the garlic in the bowl and enjoy.
