Production steps:
Step 1: wash the soybeans, cut off both ends, so that the bittern taste.
Step 2: put a little salt into a pot. Bring to a boil and add the soybeans. Boil the water for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: prepare a basin of ice water. After the beans are cooked, drain them and rinse them on the tap. Then pour it into ice water and drain the excess water.
Step 4: pour appropriate amount of bittern and cold boiled water into the soybeans, and mix them until they are salty.
Step 5: put the soybeans and marinade into the safe box and refrigerate overnight. The gravy will drown all the beans.
