Step 1: cut tofu into thin slices and fry it in oil pan until it turns yellow on both sides.
Step 2: cut the red pepper into small cubes, cut the green onion into scallions and set aside.

Step 4: add dried beans and stir fry.
Step 5: add water to make it stew well.

Note: 1. When frying tofu, try to choose a pan, do not put a lot of oil, small inflammation slow frying. 2. I use Haitian soy sauce, the saltiness in the sauce is enough, so I don't need salt. 3. Like to eat spicy, red pepper can be replaced by dry red pepper.
