Tomato cod
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the COD, squeeze out the water, and cut it into 1 thumb wide segments.
Step 2: put the COD in the basin, add a little salt, cooking wine and white pepper, stir and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3: dip the COD in a little flour and shake off the extra flour.

Step 8: leave a little oil in the pot, saute onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add tomato sauce, sugar and 1 teaspoon salt, then add 1 teaspoon soy sauce and stir well.
Step 9: pour the fish into the pot, add a small bowl of water, no fish will be OK.
Step 10: bring to a boil over a large fire, change the small fire to cover the pot, and then change the large fire to collect the water when the soup becomes less.
Step 11: drizzle with a little sesame oil and leave the pot.

Note: when frying fish, be sure to dip in flour. Don't fry it loose or damage the shape. Don't turn it back and forth when cooking. Cod is garlic meat. If you are afraid of sticking to the pot, you can shake it. It's better to have a complete fish shape.
