Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare glutinous rice and japonica rice.
Step 2: soak for a few hours (I soak for seven hours).
Step 3: add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat.
Step 4: add rock sugar.
Step 5: cut the melon skin into shreds.
Step 6: add to the thick rice porridge.
Step 7: cook until you like it.
