Braised pork with Hericium erinaceus
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare pork and Hericium erinaceus.
Step 2: soak the Hericium erinaceus in warm water, rinse it several times and soak it for another day. [dry out and change water in midway]
Step 3: cut the pork into large pieces.
Step 4: add five spice powder, bean paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, cooking wine, sugar and sesame oil into the sliced pork and stir well.
Step 5: add onion and ginger, stir and marinate for 12 hours.
Step 6: take it out of the refrigerator and mix well.
Step 7: squeeze out the soaked Hericium erinaceus and cut it into large pieces.
Step 8: stack around the bowl.
Step 9: put the marinated meat slices in a big bowl with the skin facing down.
Step 10: add a layer of Hericium erinaceus slices on top.
Step 11: pour the remaining soup into the meat bowl.
Step 12: put in the steamer and steam for 1 hour.
Step 13: take out the bowl after steaming.
Step 14: strain out the soup and put it on a plate.
Step 15: gently remove the bowl.
Step 16: add boiling broccoli around.
Step 17: pour the filtered soup into a frying pan, bring to a boil and thicken.
Step 18: pour the sauce on the top of the meat.

Broccoli: moderate
Five spice powder: appropriate amount
Scallion: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Bean paste: right amount
Salt: right amount
Oyster sauce: right amount
Sugar: right amount
Cooking wine: moderate
Note: steaming time depends on the amount of meat. Soak the Hericium erinaceus with warm water, squeeze out the water repeatedly, and then add new water.
