Production steps:
Step 1: material preparation
Step 2: soak the day lily with enough cold water
Step 3: wash the bought quail eggs and put them into the skillet to cook (first boil them over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook them for 10 minutes. Add some salt when cooking to facilitate shelling)
Step 4: after the egg is cooked, put it into cold water immediately (heat expansion and cold contraction) to shell
