Production steps:

Poria cocos powder: 100g
Sticky rice noodles: 75g
Glutinous rice flour: 50g
Fine granulated sugar: 40g
Water: 100ml
Jujube paste stuffing: 200g
Note: the powder should be able to be kneaded into a ball but easy to spread. When the edge of the cake is separated from the mold and feels elastic, it means it is ripe. This amount can be used to make an 8-inch round cake
