Jujube lotus seed purple sweet potato soup
Introduction:
"When I got up early in the morning to make breakfast, I found that there were two purple potatoes in the kitchen, so I planned to make purple potato sweet soup. For autumn breakfast, it would be healthier to add some red dates and lotus seeds."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash red dates
Step 2: twist the crack of jujube by hand and add cold water to boil
