Chinese idiom, Pinyin is Tu ō y ú K ō ngy á n, which means to express one's Thoughts on words. The same as "empty talk". It comes from the table of Zhao Gongqian, Mr. ge'an.

According to the statement of Zhao Gongqian by Mr. ge'an in Yuan Dynasty, it is said that "if the Tao is not good, you can tell from empty words and show Zhao Gong, then you can hear from him."
