Production steps:
Step 1: prepare raw materials
Step 2: cut the pumpkin
Step 3: cut the spareribs into pieces of mahjong, marinate them with homemade Douchi sauce, oyster sauce, oil wine, starch, onion and ginger for more than 30 minutes
