It's a Chinese idiom. Its pinyin is sh à NH è Zhu à nqi à, which means to indulge in mountains and rivers. It comes from Ci Yun Da Shi Fu's sending the soldiers to Qin Lian as soon as he sees the gift.

The idiom comes from Chen Baochen's Ci Yun Da Shi Fu's sending troops to Qin Lian when he sees the gift: "if you are good at gully, you are still unsatisfied, but you can face the dust."
