Production steps:
Step 1: choose fresh Pomfret.
Step 2: clean it, cut it into pieces and wash it.
Step 3: peel and flesh the cucumber, cut it into slices and put it into a steaming bowl.
Step 4: put the pomfret on the melon.
Step 5: remove celery leaves, wash and cut into celery beads.
Step 6: Boil the water over high heat and put the steaming bowl in.
Step 7: steam over high heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 8: take out the steamed pomfret, decant the fish soup, and add celery beads.
Step 9: bring the soup to a boil with salt and pour the water into a bowl.

Salt: 1 / 2 teaspoon
