Production steps:
Step 1: wash celery leaves, beat them into celery juice by juice machine, add yeast into flour, pour celery juice into flour, mix them into ears with chopsticks, then mix them into smooth dough by hand, cover with wet cloth for fermentation.
Step 2: knead the fermented flour back to its original shape, and the bubbles should be completely kneaded. Then divide it into two parts and press it flat.

Step 4: press out the pattern obliquely with scraper.

Step 7: ferment for about half an hour. Bring to a boil and steam for 20 minutes.
