Step 1: raw material drawing.
Second step: boiling water, chop chicken feet, water and add a tablespoon of Baijiu, then boil it again, remove and chill and drain.
Step 3: put oil in the pot, stir fry shallot, ginger and pepper.
Step 4: pour in chicken feet and quail eggs, stir fry until the chicken feet are slightly yellow.
Step 5: add yellow rice wine and stir fry well. In turn add soy sauce, sugar, five spice powder and a half teaspoon stir fry.
Step 6: just submerge the ingredients with water, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 7: chop the garlic and put it into the pot, add the vinegar and stir fry the juice.
