Glutinous rice lotus root
Introduction:
"Lotus root contains starch, protein, asparagin, vitamin C and oxidase. It also has high sugar content. Fresh lotus root can clear away heat, relieve thirst and stop vomiting when eaten raw. Production steps:
Step 1: lotus root, glutinous rice, rock sugar, brown sugar, toothpick.
Step 2: wash and soak glutinous rice for 2 hours
Step 3: peel the lotus root
Step 4: cut the lotus root into a cap of two or three centimeters from one end
Step 5: pour glutinous rice into lotus root, pour a little, poke with chopsticks, so that glutinous rice can fully fill the pores of lotus root.
Step 6: cover the lotus root cap and seal it with toothpick
Step 7: put glutinous rice lotus root, brown sugar and rock sugar into the pot
Step 8: I use an electric pressure cooker, boil for 40 minutes, keep warm for half an hour, cool, slice or cut into pieces, pour on the soup or syrup when eating
