Homemade mung bean paste
Introduction:
"I like the taste of mung bean paste very much. It's very simple and delicate to make by myself."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash mung beans and soak in water for 4 hours.
Step 2: Boil the soaked mung beans over medium heat for about 20 minutes
Step 3: the cooked beans can be crushed with a spoon.
Step 4: sift the cooked mung beans. Add a small amount of water and mix the cooked mung beans into mud in a blender twice. 150 grams of mung beans, I added about four spoonfuls of water.
Step 5: beat the mung bean paste.
Step 6: heat the frying pan, pour in the mung bean paste, add vegetable oil and sugar, stir fry over low heat.
Step 7: about 10 minutes, stir fry until dry.
Step 8: cool to room temperature and store in refrigerator.
Materials required:
Mung bean: 150g
Sugar: 4 tbsp
Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
Note: 1. The time of boiling mung bean should not be too long. If the mung beans are cooked too badly, they will melt in the water and it is difficult to separate. 2. Don't put too much water in the blender, otherwise the stir frying time will be longer. 3. When stir frying, be patient, stir frying with low heat, otherwise it will paste the pot. 4. I prefer sweetness. If I don't like sweetness, I can reduce the amount of sugar appropriately. I can add sugar while frying.
Production difficulty: simple
Technology: stir fry
