Easy to make honey red beans (rice cooker version)

Production steps:
Step 1: wash red beans one night in advance and soak them in water;
Step 2: the next day, drain the soaked red beans, put them into the electric rice cooker, and then add water about 1cm below the red beans. Use the normal cooking function to cook the red beans;
Step 3: after boiling for the first time, take out the inner liner of the rice cooker and drain the water from the red beans. After washing red beans, repeat step 2 and step 3;
Step 4: put the second washed red beans into the inner tank of the electric rice cooker, add 3 ~ 5cm water without red beans, and select the cooking function;
Step 5: after boiling, continue to cook for 5-8 minutes until the red beans can be easily ground into mud by hand;
Step 6: at this time, there is not much water in the pot, add appropriate amount of sugar while it is hot, mix well; I usually add 50 ~ 70g sugar to 100g beans according to the ratio of 2:1;
Step 7: mix well, put the red beans into a container, cool and refrigerate for one night.

Note: 1. It is better to soak red beans in advance for one night, which is easier to cook; 2. After boiling the red beans for two times, remove the fishy and sour taste of red beans. The amount of water in these two times doesn't need to be much, just a little less than red beans; 3. The last time I added more water, I didn't like red beans 5cm; 4. After the last boiling, you can open the lid from time to time to see the situation, the electric rice cooker efficiency of each family is different. If the soup is dry and the beans are not yet cooked, you can continue to cook with less water. If the beans have been cooked and there is still a lot of soup, filter it with a colander. 5. The amount of sugar should be adjusted according to your preference. It's better to mix the red beans while it's hot. The dissolved sugar exudes some water, which usually dries up after cooling. If you still feel very wet after cooling, you can cook it again with the function of cooking; 6. The beans cooked by yourself have no preservatives, so you should eat them as soon as possible. Refrigerate, 3 ~ 5 days should be OK, frozen words time is longer. However, I still suggest to do less at a time and do it after eating. This method is simple and Kwai Fu. Other beans can do the same. Just adjust the cooking time properly.
