Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pork chops and chop them into inch sections. Put the scallion and ginger sections into the container together and marinate them with soy sauce, cooking wine and salt for 10 minutes.
Step 2: add wet starch to the marinated pork chop, and mix evenly. Sit in the oil pan, the oil temperature is 50% hot, fry the pork chops with good pulp in the oil pan, take them out when the oil temperature is 70% hot, and then fry them until they are golden.
Step 3: sprinkle pepper and salt evenly on the fried bamboo chops while it's hot. This dish is crisp on the outside and tender in the inside. It's crisp, soft and fragrant. It's a good dish for food and wine.
