Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the main ingredients
Step 2: soak Yuba in cold water for 20 minutes.
Step 3: wash tomato, remove seeds and cut into pieces
Step 4: cut the green pepper into pieces
Step 5: cut the soaked Yuba into 4cm segments.
Step 6: heat oil over medium heat, stir fry beancurd, cover with a little water and cook for 3 minutes until 8 minutes.
Step 7: add green pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Step 8: add tomato and stir fry.
Step 9: add salt and monosodium glutamate and stir well.

Note: 1. Soak Yuba in cold water to remove the beany smell. 2. Soak Yuba in cold water. If you soak Yuba in hot water, it will be fragile
