Production steps:
Step 1: cut the shredded meat well, add some Euryale ferox powder and mix it slightly.
Step 2: pull the carrot with boiling water.
Step 3: cut scallion, slice garlic, mince ginger and shred others
Step 4: cut Auricularia auricula and set aside
Step 5: a spoonful of Pixian Douban sauce
Step 6: salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, mixed into juice.
Step 7: add the oil, stir fry the shredded meat until it turns white; remove the oil
Step 8: add oil, marinate red pepper with scallion, stir fry a spoonful of bean paste, add pepper and shredded carrot until cooked, leave garlic slices. Pour in the sauce and shredded meat. Turn off the heat. Pour in the garlic slices, mix well and serve on a plate
