Step 1: chop the chicken breast into meat paste, add cooking wine, pepper, soy sauce, an egg, and beat it. I don't put salt because I use fried chicken powder in the back. If I use egg liquid and bread bran to fry, I put some salt to increase the saltiness.
Step 2: line up the mashed chicken and put it in the refrigerator. If you mind selling, you can smooth out the chicken puree.
Step 3: freeze for 3 hours and remove. Cut into the right size and cover with fried chicken powder.
Step 4: fry in a pan. According to personal preference, dip in sauce.

Note: starch should be put in several times, too little, chicken is easy to loose, too much, bad taste. In the trial held by gourmet, I was lucky to get a big gift package of Xinhe.
