Stir fried cabbage

Step 1: prepare ingredients and seasonings

Step 2: wash the cabbage, tear it into pieces of appropriate size by hand, and then control the water content. This step is very important

Step 3: shred the ginger, flatten the garlic and cut into pieces. Mix the right amount of oyster sauce, vinegar, decayed milk and a little salt into a bowl
