Leek box
Introduction:
"My husband likes to eat stuffed rice (that is, steamed buns, dumplings, fried dumplings and so on, as long as there are vegetables and meat inside), so he is fat, hee hee! I've prepared a fried leek egg box for dinner today. Let my husband have a good time
Production steps:
Step 1: wash leeks and drain to avoid soup.
Step 2: break up the eggs at the same time, add the egg liquid when the oil pan is 80% hot, and keep stirring with chopsticks, so that the eggs are one by one. When the eggs are cooked, turn off the heat and let them cool. This is also to avoid soup.
Step 3: then, mix the noodles with cold water and wake up for 20 minutes.
Step 4: chop the leeks, put the eggs and shrimps together.
Step 5: then add lard, sesame oil, thirteen spices, monosodium glutamate, salt and stir well.
Step 6: knead the dough on the panel for 1 minute after waking up, knead it into long strips, and cut it into the same size with a knife.
Step 7: roll the dough with thick middle and thin periphery, and put the stuffing on one side of the dough.
Step 8: fold in half, squeeze the edge firmly, press on both sides and flatten.
Step 9: put proper amount of vegetable oil in the pan, put it into the dish box, lower the heat, cover the pan, cook until both sides are golden yellow, and serve.
Step 10: the food box is finished. It's delicious. I can't wait to see it. Come and have a taste! (because it's at night and there is not enough light, the photos are dark.)
