Step 1: clean the crucian carp and scratch the fish; peel the shredded radish and cut it into shreds with tools; boil the kettle with boiling water and set aside;

Step 2: heat the oil in the pan, saute the ginger slices and put in a spoonful of salt; put in the fish and fry on both sides;

Step 3: pour in boiled water (add more, because it needs to be boiled over high heat to avoid not enough water in the middle) and cook over high heat for about 15 minutes, the soup will turn milky white;

Step 4: finally, pour in the shredded radish and continue to cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and chicken essence.
