Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash pork tripe with oil and salt powder, repeat at least twice to remove odor
Step 2: slice ginger
Step 3: wash and soak Coix jobI, Huaishan, fig, gingko (remove the outer fruit coat) and Fructus aurantii Immaturus thoroughly
