Production steps:
Step 1: material drawing
Step 2: put the mixing knife on the bread barrel, and put the above materials into the bread barrel in sequence (except cocoa powder)
Step 3: insert the bread barrel into the cover of the toaster, turn on the power supply, and select 12 custom dough for 15 minutes from the menu
Step 4: after the first mixing, let the bread maker rest for 5 minutes, and then select the mixing procedure for 15 minutes
Step 5: at the end of twice mixing procedure, the dough naturally ferments twice as large, take out the dough from the bread barrel, press and exhaust, and divide it into two parts, one of which is mixed with cocoa powder
Step 6: round two portions of dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes
Step 7: roll two portions of dough into pieces
Step 8: roll the cocoa dough on top of the white dough
Step 9: close the ends downward, take out the mixing knife, put the dough into the bread barrel, and use the room temperature for the second fermentation (I used 1 hour)
Step 10: after 1 hour, it can be roasted when it reaches 9:00 (I forgot to brush the egg liquid, so I sprinkled some sesame cereal, but the barbecue is completely dropped, please ignore it)
Step 11: choose 18 from the bread machine menu, medium color, weight 750g, time 30 minutes
Step 12: the toaster sounds, the time is up, the bread is ready
Step 13: put on heat-insulating gloves and pull out the bread bucket to release the mold
