Shrimp flavored shrimp balls with cheese
Introduction:
"I don't need to fry anything. First, it's unhealthy. Second, it's a waste of oil. But since my husband asked, it's not bad to fry it. I have to admit, fried food is delicious! This shrimp ball is made entirely of whole shrimp, without any other ingredients. It's chewy and full of cheese. Absolutely enjoy
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the fresh shrimps and cut them into pieces. Then chop it into shrimp paste with the back of a knife.
Step 2: add salt, starch, olive oil, an egg white and black pepper to taste.
Step 3: stir hard until you have some difficulty.
Step 4: take appropriate amount of shrimp paste, wrap SMALL cheese and knead into balls.
Step 5: roll in the egg white and dip in the egg white.
Step 6: put it in the breadcrumb until the whole shrimp is wrapped.
Step 7: heat the oil to 60-70% heat, fry the shrimp balls in hot oil until golden. After frying, put it on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
