Griddle Cooked Tea Tree Mushrooms

Introduction:

"Super food - dried tea tree mushroom"

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the ingredients, cut and set aside (remove the roots of Agrocybe aegerita, wash and soak in light salt water for 15 minutes). The soaked Agrocybe aegerita is broken into 5 cm small pieces. I forgot to take photos.)

Step 2: cut the pork into 3 mm slices

Step 3: pour a little oil into the pot, add the pork and stir fry the oil. Add shredded ginger and garlic to stir up the fragrance.

Step 4: then put in the bean drum

Step 5: add blanched tea tree mushroom, stir fry for 3 minutes, then add onion and green pepper, stir fry for 1 minute.

Step 6: adjust the fuel consumption

Step 7: stir well with salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and soup. Add about 2 teaspoons of hot water

Step 8: stir well with salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and thick soup, and add a little chicken essence

Step 9: pour in blanched tea tree mushroom and stir fry for about 3 minutes

Step 10: Sprinkle coriander and eat directly

Materials required:

Agrocybe aegerita: 250g

Pork: 100g

Green and red pepper: moderate

Garlic: right amount

Bean drum: right amount

Onion: right amount

Coriander: moderate

Salt: right amount

Soy sauce: moderate

Old style: moderate

Oyster sauce: right amount

Note: * the tea tree mushroom will be cleaned more cleanly if it is soaked in light salt water for 15 minutes. *Try to choose 7 points of fat and 3 points of lean pork, so that the oil will be mixed with the flavor of meat after being absorbed by Agrocybe aegerita. The taste of Agrocybe aegerita is not very good.

Production difficulty: ordinary

Process: firing

Production time: 20 minutes

Taste: slightly spicy
