Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: steamed rice, cool to about 30 ℃
Step 2: put a bowl of warm water, 50g sugar and yeast into the bowl and stir well.

Step 5: two days or so out of wine, far smell wine.

Sugar: 50g
Note: glutinous rice is the best, I use rice, the traditional is steamed on the pot, I directly steamed with electric rice cooker, must wash the pot clean, no oil, or fermentation is not successful. The plates used for fermentation should also be disinfected with boiling water. The tableware used must be disinfected with boiling water.
