Braised pork with mushrooms
Introduction:
"When my friend came back to my hometown in Northeast China, he brought me a lot of wild mushrooms of his own dishes, which I forgot to eat in the refrigerator. There are several kinds of mushrooms, such as Lentinus edodes, hazelnut mushrooms, oil mushrooms and so on. I picked some mushrooms and pork and stewed them in a pot. The taste is so fresh that I can't describe it. "
Production steps:
Step 1: soak mushrooms in soft water and wash them.
Step 2: cut the pork into pieces.
Step 3: heat the oil and add sugar.
Step 4: stir fry the sugar over low heat.
Step 5: put in the pork.
Step 6: stir fry with sugar.
Step 7: add star anise and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 8: add scallion and ginger, stir fry until fragrant.
Step 9: add soy sauce, meijixian, salt and water. Stir well.
Step 10: bring the fire to a boil.
Step 11: cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
Step 12: add mushrooms and stir well.
Step 13: cover and simmer for another 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
Materials required:
Dried mushroom: right amount
Pork: 500g
Scallion: 20g
Ginger: 10g
White granulated sugar: 20g
Star anise: 2G
Soy sauce: 10ml
Meijixian: 15ml
Salt: 5g
Water: moderate
Peanut oil: 25ml
Note: the organic pork raised by farmers is used here, and the stewing time should be extended appropriately.
