Always love: Sufu braised pork

When I was a child, my father used tofu fruit stew, often put sufu, and then put some ginger and scallion, ingredients do not need too much, taste great. Sufu is rich in plant protein. After fermentation, protein is decomposed into various amino acids, and yeast and other substances are produced, which can enhance appetite and help digestion.
