Or preheat the oven at 200C / 400F and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the chips are crisp.

Potatoes: 1 (I use white meat potatoes)

Salt: right amount

White vinegar: no potatoes

Oil: right amount

Note: another spicy and caramel flavor. After the potato slices are dried, add pepper powder, pepper powder, salt and a little bit of oil; if brown sugar is used, put brown sugar on the potato chips, water will come out, drain and heat again.
