Production steps:
Step 1: remove the roots of the bought Pleurotus ostreatus and put it into the water to clean the sediment.
Step 2: tear the washed Pleurotus ostreatus into small pieces by hand.
Step 3: knock the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a little salt.
Step 4: peel and chop garlic, cut chives into scallions and set aside.
