Strawberry Cheese Mousse Cake

Introduction:

"Yesterday was Dad's 76th birthday. He made his favorite strawberry cheese mousse cake. My family's love for desserts stimulated my interest in learning how to make desserts. However, it needs more efforts to bring more delicious enjoyment to my family. Here, I would like to share with you. This cake learned from moon Jingjing. Thank you for sharing. "

Production steps:

Step 1: I don't like liqueur, so I don't use rum. The fresh strawberries are milled into flour.

Step 2: soak gelatine slices in ice water, pour in milk, heat over low heat until gelatine slices melt, set aside.

Step 3: beat the cheese with 50g sugar and warm water until smooth. Add yogurt and stir well. Add strawberry puree, mix well, then add 2, stir well to make strawberry cheese paste.

Step 4: whisk the cream with the remaining 25 grams of sugar until the lines appear.

Step 5: mix the cream and strawberry cheese paste evenly until all are well mixed.

Step 6: lay a round cake piece in the bottom of the cake mold, and place a circle of pastry around the cake mold wall.

Step 7: pour in half of the mousse paste, then put in another slice of cake. Pour in the remaining mousse paste. After the surface is smooth, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 8: take out, demould and decorate with strawberries. If you like cream, just whip it.
