Pomelo tea
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash, peel and peel the grapefruit. The peeled skin is salted for two hours, then washed and shredded. The thinner the skin, the better. Figure 2.
Step 2: clean twice after cutting, drain and set aside.
Step 3: put rock sugar in the cold pan and fire.
Step 4: slowly saccharify the ice and keep stirring. Don't be impatient. If the sugar is too old, the whole product will be black and bitter.
Step 5: put in the cut silk.
Step 6: let it in the sugar pot more than down to transparent.
Step 7: add the meat.
Step 8: bring to a boil over high heat for about an hour, then change to medium heat and keep stirring, so as not to paste the pot. When the juice is collected, the fire can be turned off.
Step 9: you can put it in a can at the air drying meeting, but you don't have to wait until it's cold to put it in. When it's warm, there's no gap in the whole meeting. This practice can be put into the next year when you make grapefruit tea.

Huyou: 10 jin
Rock sugar: 5 jin
Note: Huyou peel can be salted to remove the bitterness, so the pomelo tea tastes better.
