Production steps:
Step 1: wash and peel the potatoes first, cut them into strips and set aside (the thickness is well controlled), then soak them in salt water for 10 minutes.
Step 2: take it out to dry, put it into water and cook for 5 minutes, take it out and put it into the plate to dry, put it into the refrigerator to freeze (so the semi-finished chips are ready)
Step 3: after the oil pan is heated, deep fry until golden.
