Sweet orange jelly
Introduction:
"The ratio of liquid to gelatin powder is 300:5."
Production steps:
Step 1: pour the gelatine powder into 20 grams of cold water to soak the hair, do not stir.
Step 2: cut the orange in half, dig out the flesh and pound it into mud. You can also crush it with a juicer.
Step 3: heat 200 g water with rock sugar and cook until the rock sugar dissolves. Turn off the heat, add the orange puree and the pickled gelatin powder, and stir well. You can also filter the orange puree, leaving only orange juice, and simply use orange juice to make jelly.
Step 4: when the jelly is warm, pour it into the mold. Put it outside or in the refrigerator to cool, and it can be eaten after solidifying.
Materials required:
Orange: 1
Cold water: 220g
Rock sugar: 10g
Geliding powder: 5g
Precautions: 1. The desserts made with Geely Ding need to be refrigerated, which is easy to melt and deform in warm environment. 2. The desserts made of gilding should be sealed to prevent the formation of colloidal surface. 3. Sugar will reduce the degree of gelation of gilding, so the more sugar in the desserts, the softer. 4. When gilding melts, do not heat it to boiling, which will make gilding lose its condensing power.
