Production steps:

Step 1: separate six egg yolk proteins and add one protein

Step 9: mix the whipped protein into the egg yolk batter in three times

Step 10: mix the egg white and batter evenly

Step 11: pour the batter into Qifeng cake mold. Put in a preheated oven (170 ℃) and bake for about 50 minutes until the toothpick is inserted and the non stick paste is pulled out.

Step 12: the freshly baked cake will have cracks, but it doesn't matter. This will be the bottom of the cake when serving.

Step 13: invert cake mold, wait for cooling, demould

Low gluten flour: 225g

Sugar: 250g

Baking powder: 1 tbsp

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Oil: 120ml

Orange juice: 180ml

Tata powder: 1 / 2 teaspoon

Orange peel: 1 tbsp (optional)

Powdered sugar: 1 tbsp (optional)

Note: remember to preheat the oven to 170 degrees before making the cake. If you want to try to make other flavors of cake, you can change 180ml orange juice into other flavors of drinks, such as green tea or strawberry juice, mango juice, etc. The function of Tata powder is to help and increase the stability of protein. But if it's not convenient to buy, you can use 1 teaspoon lemon juice instead.
