Longan jujube egg soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: shell the longan.
Step 2: cut the jujube and remove the core, then three pieces of ginger
Step 3: add proper amount of water to boil.
Step 4: cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6: put the egg into the pot and boil it slowly over low heat (the solidifying degree of the egg depends on personal preference).

Brown sugar: right amount
Attention: cut and remove the core of jujube to avoid dryness and heat. In winter, I specially added ginger slices. When the weather gets warmer in March of next year, stop putting ginger.
