Introduction:
"People who have never tasted Dai Flavor must think that Nami is a dish. In fact, Nami is not a dish. Nami is a Dai word, which can be translated as pickle. In fact, it is the dip used by Dai people to make pickles. According to the different materials of making Nami, Nami can be divided into many kinds: Nami PA (vegetable sauce), Nami Keman (tomato sauce), Nami ah (sesame sauce), Nami Tuo collar (peanut sauce), Nami Nuo (sour bamboo sauce), Nami Buha (crab sauce), etc. Among them, green vegetable sauce and tomato sauce are the most popular. As long as you like, you can use it to dip vegetables. All kinds of vegetables should be washed, and the blanching water should be dipped in sweet and sour Tam, which is simple, nutritious, healthy, delicious and appetizing.
