Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove the impurities from the roots of Lentinus edodes, wash and tear them into small pieces; peel off the shell of soybeans, wash them and wait for use.
Step 2: heat up the oil on the pot and saute star anise, ginger and scallion.
Step 3: add chopped pepper sauce and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 4: add Lentinus edodes and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 5: add rock sugar and soy sauce, stir fry quickly.
Step 6: pour in a little water and bring to a boil.
Step 7: turn to low heat, add gluten, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 8: when the soup is a little thick, add the soybeans and stir fry until it is raw.
Step 9: pour in sesame oil, remove from pan and put on a plate.
Materials required:
Oil gluten: appropriate amount
Fresh mushrooms: appropriate amount
Soybeans: moderate
Star anise: 2
Scallion: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Chopped pepper sauce: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 3 teaspoons
Rock sugar: 3-4 capsules
Sesame oil: 1 / 2 spoon
Note: 1, oil gluten in addition to directly into the cooking, commonly used in stuffing into vegetables or braised, such as oil gluten stuffed meat, mushrooms fried gluten. 2.
