Production steps:
Step 1: wash leeks, drain water and chop them
Step 2: beat the eggs one by one, add proper amount of oil into the pot and fry the eggs
Step 3: cool the eggs thoroughly and cut them into pieces. Soak the shrimp skin for a while and drain the water. Add the water into the leek stuffing. Add the right amount of salt and 13 spices. Mix the edible oil well
