Production steps:
Step 1: pour the flour, milk powder, salt, sugar and yeast into the blender dish and mix slowly for 1 min;
Step 2: add water and cream into the blender dish and stir slowly until there is no dry powder;

Step 5: take out the dough, roll it out, and wrap it in sliced oil (30% - 40%, i.e. if the dough is 100g, the butter is 30-40g);
Step 6: roll out, the thickness is 0.5cm, the ratio of length to width is 2:1 or 3:2, fold one end to 2 / 3, and then fold the other end to 1 / 3 (fold three times)
Step 7: repeat the previous step twice (if the room temperature is higher than 20 degrees, put the folded noodles in cold storage for 10 minutes) (fold three times)
Step 8: roll out the dough with the thickness of 0.3-0.4cm, cut it into isosceles triangle with the width of 9cm and the height of 18-20cm, roll it up from the wide head, put the tip in the center of the dough, end down, and put it into the baking tray;
Step 9: finally wake up, adjust the Depp oven to 50 ℃, turn off the machine when the temperature reaches, ferment the dough to 2 times of the remaining temperature in the oven for about 1.5 h, and take out the egg brushing liquid;
