Production steps:
Step 1: wash the beef and cut into small pieces.
Step 2: peel carrots and potatoes and cut into hob pieces.
Step 3: Rinse onion and ginger, slice, dry pepper and star anise.
Step 4: put proper amount of water in the pot, put in the beef, blanch until the beef changes color, take out.
