Production steps:
Step 1: get the ingredients ready. Mushroom can also use black fungus, celery leaves can use other vegetables.
Step 2: beat the eggs thoroughly and pour them at the bottom of the pot without adding oil. Fried into omelets.
Step 3: then chop the fried eggs, ham and celery mushrooms. Add a little salt, sesame oil and chopped garlic to the eggs, celery and mushrooms. Before chopping mushrooms, cook in boiling water for 2 minutes until cooked, then chop.
