Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken legs, wings and pieces.
Step 2: 3 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp Li Jinji soy sauce, 1 tbsp peanut oil, 1 tbsp sugar, a little salt, 5 pieces of ginger, 7 pieces of garlic.
Step 3: marinate with the above seasoning for half an hour.
Step 4: burn on high heat. When the pressure cooker makes a Zizi sound, burn for about 3 minutes, then turn to low heat for 20 minutes, and finally burn on high heat for 7 minutes.
Step 5: after 15 minutes, turn on the pressure cooker, turn over the chicken legs and wings, and dry the remaining soup in the gas stove with a small fire (do not cover the pressure cooker) (if there is no soup left in Figure 4, you can adjust the seasoning in Figure 2, but the ingredients should be reduced by more than half)
Step 6: chicken legs, wings and pieces.
Step 7: cut pepper, add soy sauce, you can eat with chicken leg.
