Production steps:
Step 1: after shelling the shrimp, pick out the fresh shrimp with toothpick from the second and third section of the shrimp back;
Step 2: add ginger, salt, cooking wine and starch to the washed shrimp, stir and marinate;
Step 3: boil water in a wok, add some salt and a few drops of oil, add the marinated shrimp, green beans and red pepper, and blanch them;
Step 4: take out the shrimps after discoloration and pick out the ginger slices;
Step 5: cool slightly, add diced egg, salt and black pepper to taste, then add salad dressing and stir well;
Step 6: place the prepared filling on the diagonal of the whole wheat bread slice;
Step 7: lift the two corners of the bread and fix them with a toothpick soaked in water;
Step 8: place the sandwich on the baking plate and brush the surface with butter;
Step 9: put it into a preheated oven of 160 degrees and bake the middle and lower layers for 12 minutes;

Note: 1. After shelling, use toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread from the second and third section of the shrimp back, and then add salt to marinate it; 2.
